The Upholstery Studio Inc.^™ was founded in 1999. From custom furnishings for interior designers do it yourself projects and upholstery tools were created. As a design is developed, from our novice projects to our expert series, each step is detailed to complete the project from start to finish. Using our furniture kits can help you create beautiful furnishings with no woodworking or upholstery experience needed.

Our goal is to make creating home furnishings a 'week-end' project. Buying the plan, you find your supplies and finish the project. Buying the kit includes everything except the fabric to save you time. Either way you choose to complete your project our products make it fun and easy. As we move into the intermediate and expert series, the difficulty level and time required will increase to match the project.

Our new line, HOME DECOR 1-2-3, combines the Studio Designs project plans with recently created DVD's. These DVD's will offer design tips, paint color and accessory ideas from Robin Strangis, a certified ASID designer.
